Balance 101: Base of Support

Our base of support is how our bodies supports itself while standing and moving. In this balance training series, Cristiane B. Cruz, CSEP-CEP, MPK, will be discussing how we can challenge our balance by changing our base of support while exercising.

As an Exercise Physiologist, I love being able to teach others about how their bodies function and how exercise can be a great way to improve their health!

My combined interests in kinesiology, psychology and entrepreneurship have fueled my passion to help every one of my clients to increase their quality of life through exercise. I used exercise therapy to treat my own various injuries, and aim to help others do the same!
