How To Fall Safely

Having a fall can be a serious event, however, it does not have to be. There are techniques to falling in a safe way to reduce the likelihood of developing an injury. Cristiane Cruz, R.Kin, MPK, will be discussing various ways to protect your body from a serious injury.

My combined interests in kinesiology, psychology and entrepreneurship have fueled my passion to help every one of my clients to increase their quality of life through exercise. I used exercise therapy to treat my own various injuries, and aim to help others do the same!
