Many of us know good posture is important, but we might not know exactly why. Cristiane B. Cruz, R.Kin, MPK, will be discussing the benefits of good posture and alignment, and some of the negative ways poor posture can affect us over time.
As an Exercise Physiologist, I love being able to teach others about how their bodies function and how exercise can be a great way to improve their health!
My combined interests in kinesiology, psychology and entrepreneurship have fueled my passion to help every one of my clients to increase their quality of life through exercise. I used exercise therapy to treat my own various injuries, and aim to help others do the same!
