Osteoporosis: How Can Exercise Help?

Exercise is important for everyone, even those who have had bone fractures in the past. Cristiane B. Cruz, R.Kin, MPK, will be discussing how exercise has positive effects on our bones, and some precautions for those with a history of bone fractures.

As an Exercise Physiologist, I love being able to teach others about how their bodies function and how exercise can be a great way to improve their health!

My combined interests in kinesiology, psychology and entrepreneurship have fueled my passion to help every one of my clients to increase their quality of life through exercise. I used exercise therapy to treat my own various injuries, and aim to help others do the same!
