Osteoporosis: What is it?

Osteoporosis is a condition that causes bones to become thin and porous, decreasing bone strength and leading to increased risk of breaking a bone. Cristiane B. Cruz, R.Kin, MPK, will be discussing how our bones develop, and how they are affected by osteoporosis.

My combined interests in kinesiology, psychology and entrepreneurship have fueled my passion to help every one of my clients to increase their quality of life through exercise. I used exercise therapy to treat my own various injuries, and aim to help others do the same!
